Home Health Care Company

Situation: Company has hundreds of employees in over 10 offices. These employees travel in excess of 100 miles per day.

Objective: To build an input solution that not only accurately records their miles but also automates their paper-based record keeping system.
Results: We custom built an interface just for the home health care industry with custom fields and data files. This new interface allows the home care providers to record all activity at the visit and also calculates the miles.
Financial Impact: By streamlining the entire process we are saving them tens of thousands of administrative dollars annually as well as hundreds of thousands in mileage expenses.
