Home Health Care Company

Situation: Company has hundreds of employees in over 10 offices. These employees travel in excess of 100 miles per day.

Objective: To build an input solution that not only accurate records their miles but also automates their paper based record keeping system.
Results: We custom built an interface just for the home health care industry with custom fields and data files. This new interface allows the home care providers to record all activity at the visit as well as we calculate the miles.
Financial Impact: By streamlining the entire process we are saving them 10 of thousands of admin dollars per year as well as hundreds of thousands in mileage expense.
